When a customer closes a loan, they can now adjust the close date. The default date will be the last 'payment' date, if any, otherwise today's date. If a loan is closed with a writeoff and then reopened, it is now a writeoff when it is reclosed. The Sales Summary Report now has the 'Principle & Int to A/R' and 'Interest to A/R' amounts in the correct place. Misc report title and column changes. Updating Insurance dates now works correctly. The Loan Payment screent now has a checkbox to allow overpayment of the loan. The Loan Record now includes interest written off. Customer Acct screen: Some display changes. Also, you can no longer reopen a loan that is a repo. Added the Incomplete Repo Report (loan023).

Changes for version 2.13.6.289 [10/9/04]: The balance summary reports weree not correct. They now should reflect the correct A/R and principle balances. When you run clean data, the loan close date is now updated to the last payment, actual or adjustment (writeoff, etc). Changed the A/R balance and the priciple balances in the repo letter. They were reversed. As always, please verify with your legal professionals. The receipt was including the late fees as payments toward the A/R balance. The balance is now corrected.

Changes for version 2.13.5.288 [10/1/04]: Loan Close Date is now correctly written at close or writeoff. Also cleaning data updates the Loan Close Date with the last payment date or the repo date. The Loan By Status Report now displays the A/R Loan Balance (principle plus interest). The imbedded contract now has the interest rate correctly calculated.

The screen for adding or updating users and passwords now has a checkbox to allow/disallow viewing disabled or terminated users. The layout of the buttons on the Special Cases screen was improved. There is a new option to default to cash sales. The cash flow information is removed from the Sale Summary Reports when the option to default to cash sales is selected.
